TIA’s September 16 industry brief reminded members that the Europe Technical Conference is Nov. 5–6 at the Hyatt Tower in Barcelona — roughly seven weeks from the reminder date.

The program centers on education topics requested by European members, a tabletops reception, and an Ask the Experts panel. TIA positions the meeting as the place where leading tortillas and flatbreads players from about 21 countries gather once a year.
