Use this roundup as a single planning sheet for tortilla and flatbread plants. Near-term U.S. and Europe stops already covered in dedicated Tortilla News briefs sit first; longer-cycle baking and snack expos follow. Dates below were checked against organizer sites as of Sept. 24, 2026.

Sept. 29–30, 2026 — TIA Tech, Nashville Airport Marriott. Member-driven education plus La Hacienda and JC Ford plant tours. See our dedicated story tia-tech-nashville-2026 and tortilla-info.com for registration.

Oct. 18–21, 2026 — PACK EXPO International, McCormick Place, Chicago. Dense packaging and processing floor for film, coding, case pack, and snack lines adjacent to tortilla plants. Details: packexpointernational.com/the-show; our walk-list brief is pack-expo-preview-2026.

Nov. 5–6, 2026 — TIA Europe Technical Conference, Hyatt Tower, Barcelona. Europe-only tortillas and flatbreads education, tabletops, and Ask the Experts. See tia-europe-barcelona-2026.

Feb. 21–24, 2027 — ASB BakingTECH, Hyatt Regency Atlanta. Annual technical conference with Formulation Floor tabletops; BakingTECH 2026 already ran Feb. 16–19 in Chicago. ASB lists 2028 back at Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk (same Feb. 21–24 window). Source: asbe.org/bakingtech.

April 4–6, 2027 — SNAXPO27, Charlotte Convention Center. SNAC International’s vertically integrated snack trade show — relevant for tortilla-chip and related fry/season/pack CapEx. There was no SNAXPO in 2026 (SNAC ran SNX education forum March 29–31 in Dallas instead). Source: snacintl.org/events.

Oct. 24–28, 2027 — iba, Messe München. Leading world bakery/konditorei/snacks fair; no iba in 2026. Source: iba-tradefair.com.

Sept. 9–13, 2028 — IBIE (The Baking Expo), Las Vegas. Triennial Western Hemisphere baking expo for ingredients, equipment, and packaging. There is no IBIE in 2026 or 2027. Note: bakingexpo.com currently lists Sept. 9–13, 2028; IBIE’s Sept. 23, 2025 post-show release said Sept. 10–13 — confirm closer to the show. See also our IBIE wrap brief.

Not a trade fair: AIB International remains a food-safety training, audit, and consulting organization — useful for plant capability, but it is not an equipment expo on this calendar.
