Each Newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you may unsubscribe at any time by using that link. It may take a short time for the change to take effect, and we may retain a suppression record so we do not send unwanted messages.

  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

We do not sell newsletter email addresses as a mailing list. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any notice required by applicable law.
