Corbion used IBIE in September 2025 to launch Ultra Fresh Plus 100, an ingredient system meant to let commercial bakers drop synthetic emulsifiers from labels while keeping products soft, sliceable and fresh, the company said in a Sept. 2, 2025, release.
The release also promoted Corbion's wider natural mold-inhibitor and acidifier range, protein, fiber and sugar-reduction support, and its speakers on IBIE panels. Separately, Corbion's tortilla and flatbread page sells Ultra Fresh systems for freshness and handling.
Ultra Fresh Plus 100 is a bakery-wide product, not a tortilla-specific SKU, but it sits next to Corbion's tortilla freshness portfolio. The release was also carried on GlobeNewswire.
